Why we collect your data

We may also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, telephone number and communications) and may use this information to contact you. This personally identifiable information is not shared to any third parties, with the exception of Wix, due to it hosting the website. Data may be stored via Wix.com. We collect other tracking data for marketing purposes, detailed below.

 

 

How do we use your data?

We only receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us, for the purposes of direct communication to you. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. Personal data is kept by Walk the Walk Digital, and not shared with anyone else.

 

We are happy to provide a copy of all the data we have if you get in touch with us and will aim to do so within 90 days. By request, we are happy to delete and remove all personal data that you have provided, and will aim to do so within 90 days.

 

 

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymized website traffic analysis. In order to track your session usage, Google drops a cookie (_ga) with a randomly-generated ClientID in your browser. This ID is anonymized and contains no identifiable information like email, phone number, name, etc. We also send Google your IP Address. We use GA to track aggregated website behavior, such as what pages you looked at, for how long, and so on. This information is important to us for improving the user experience and determining site effectiveness. If you would like to access what browsing information we have - or ask us to delete any GA data - please delete your _ga cookies, reach out to us via this form, and/or install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

At personal request, we will delete any tracking data you request be removed as per these steps.

 

 

Data on the wix platform

Walk the Walk Digital is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
